Quality programs should assure the childs development and success. First of all, high quality programs should be accessible to all types of families. Otherwise, they will be not effective. In my opinion, there are some points which should be included in a quality program. They are the following ones: a comfortable schedule, teachers professionalism, a study environment, linguistic and intellectual assimilation, parent support and participating, as well as facilities for entertainment and leisure time.
